This is Hide-y (aka Tattletale), a former member of a "community cat" colony. When her colony had to be trapped and neutered and relocated, she got a golden ticket for a chance to be an indoor kitty-pet. She came to us late February, post-op groggy and confused about her totally foreign surroundings. During the first week, we only got glimpses of her when she came out to eat or use the litter box (hence the Hide-y moniker). She gradually accepted our petting and then finally surprised me by jumping into my lap for a nap. Now she's a total sweetheart lap cat!
She gets along beautifully with our other foster cat Ziva.
