Alvin is a fun and loving leader. He s currently learning all of the puppy basics which includes basic commands like sit stay and come. For housetraining he knows how to use puppy pads and is moving on now to learning how to ring a bell to let his people know when he wants to go outside. Alvin is crate trained and will whine if he has potty needs during his sleep time. Because he is so young he will need a new home where his people are only gone for short spurts at a time.

  Alvin is a playful puppy who enjoys being loved on just as much as being played with. Alvin will benefit greatly with continued puppy classes and socialization with other dogs. He is currently being fostered with his 2 brothers so he would love it if he was able to get a new home where he has another companion to play with but will do great being spoiled all by himself.

 Because Alvin is a mixed breed, we think lab/beagle and pointer mix and we are not sure what his final weight will be he will need a home where the children are dog savvy and 6 yrs of age or older.  

  Alvin is currently up to date on his vaccines and will be neutered and microchipped before leaving his foster home.
