Nala has had a bit of a bumpy start to life.  She was given away to a teenager in a parking lot as a very young puppy.  Soon thereafter, she was attacked by a dog, and has had to have several surgeries to close the wounds she suffered during this attack.  That's a lot of difficulties for such a young, wee pup.  Now that Nala is in foster care, she is enjoying the good life.  Her favorite activities include playing with her two canine puppy foster siblings, and she has had lots of great interactions with adult dogs to help her learn that not all dogs are scary.  Nala is a very smart and active girl, so she would love to have humans that will include her in all of the fun that life has to offer.  At the end of the day, this sweet girl is the cuddle bug of champions.  She adores a good snuggle on the couch. 

Nala would love to have another canine in her forever home.  She is appropriate with kitties too.  Since she is a young pup, she needs humans who are not gone for long hours.  All of the humans in Nala's forever home must be 8 years of age, or older.  She is an active gal who loves to "run like the wind" so a fenced in yard (physical fencing) is required.  Nala will be ready to go to her new home in March, she will spayed and micro-chipped prior to adoption.  She has begun her vaccines and preventative medications.
