Emmett is a total snuggle bug.  He is an active boy who loves to play and explore, but he adores lounging with his humans too.  The beginning of his life was likely an outdoor only situation, but he is acclimating well to all of the wonderful things that foster care is providing.  He would love another dog companion in his forever home, and he is good with kitties too.  Emmett is looking for an active family that can continue providing lots of stimulation for him.  A fenced in yard that is attached to the home (structured fencing, not electronic) is required to keep him safe, provide a proper place for him to explore, and to continue his potty training.
