Total Love Bug would describe handsome Simon pretty well!  He has accomplished so much since being found as a stray, scared and wounded kitty. Simon was found to have been shot, resulting in a left hind leg fracture.  He was already healing, so only kennel rest and love were recommended by the specialist. He no longer limps and should need no special care.  While recuperating, Simon has blossomed into a playful and extremely smart feline. He has learned that to be gently held and brushed is awesome stuff!  Simon is learning to play with toys and working on not nibbling fingers, but to focus his energy on feather wands and hands-free toys.  Any adopter will need to understand this and continue his play education.

Simon is a rambunctious teenager, so will enjoy and require lots of active time to be a good citizen.  And when it’s time for snuggles, Simon is really talented!  Simon is calm in a travel carrier, uses his litter box, and has been so patient through his recovery. All around great boy-check!

We don’t know how he is with dogs or cats, but as with any new situation, will need time and patience to settle in. Simon will be available after his follow up radiographs April 30th, so get your applications in!
