I was hauled off in a trap to the shelter in March. The shelter manager recognized something special in me even though I was scared and shaking like a leaf. Since then, I've learned to trust people, and am learning how to give and receive love. I don't believe I was ever around people very much before. It's really hard to remember those days. I don't know children at all but I'm sure if they are respectable, patient and understanding, we'll get along just fine. I'm a very gentle, even tempered kitty. I need my safe spot though to rest but come easily when needed, or if it's time to eat. I love to eat and am very neat in the litterbox.

I've learned other cats are totally cool (even tiny, little ones that bounce around like spiders) and dogs are fine as long as they don't bark a lot. I would really like to live with another kitty, preferably an older female.

I'm sorry but I have a bit of an undercoat so don't consider me if anyone in your family has allergies.
