I am a very smart kitty. It's all a vague memory now but I ended up in a trap and at the shelter in March. The shelter manager melted when I began to purr for her. I've always liked people but my caregiver thinks I must have been abused a time or two. For the longest time, I was what she called "head shy." I'd bow my head and close my left eye when she started to pet me. She quickly learned to come from behind and all is fine now. I hardly remember those times from the past. 

I love to play with toys, follow my caregivers around, eat, sleep, play and repeat. They say I'm a bit coy, I can't help it, it's in my nature to be kittenish. I've never had so much fun that I'm having now. I hear it'll only get better and better once I'm in my forever home.

I'm not used to children but think they'd be fine as long as they are respectful. I get along fine with other cats and dogs are cool. I enjoy sleeping with my people and laying on the couch beside them while we watch TV or read a book. I look forward to meeting my forever family soon!
