Hi my name is Phoebe! I'm a total lovebug, I love to be held and snuggled and I even like tummy rubs when I'm sleepy. I'm still a baby so I love to play and explore but if anyone in my house is napping I like to snuggle up as close as I can and nap right with them! My foster mom laughs at me because I love attention so much that even after she trims my claws I like to stay in her lap purring. I'm looking for a very sweet and loving home, and I have three sisters who are available for adoption too that I get along with beautifully (Mia, Dakota, and Rory)!
