Darwin is a cuddly puppy that despite his growing size, firmly believes he’s forever going to be a lap dog. Darwin was brought to the shelter with his brother, Charlie, and placed into a CARE foster home. Darwin is a ride or die fella that is loyal, affectionate and will always by your side. Darwin enjoys playing with his foster siblings, but will consistently choose human affection above all else. Darwin loves to snuggle up for a good belly rub or kisses.

Darwin is an overall well tempered pup that will be a wonderful companion for the right home. Darwin will need a home that has experience with dogs and where he can continue his training. Darwin is working on his manners, house-training and crate training with his foster mom. Darwin is highly treat and affection motivated – making him great for teaching!

Darwin would prefer a fenced in yard, but it’s not a requirement so long as his family is active and enjoys taking him for walks. Darwin would love a furry sibling that he can learn from, befriend and cuddle up with. It's important that if there is another dog in the home, that the dog be well-mannered and a good role model for Darwin.

Darwin is up to date on his vaccines and will be fixed before going to his forever home.
