Hi My name is Wooly. I got this name because of obvious reasons- plus it's cute like me. I am currently being fostered in a home with two other dogs that I get along with great. I have met cats too, and am learning my kitty manners- though I don't live with kitties.  I would do best in a home with dog savvy cats, since I am super smart.  I am very active, and will need my people to be very active too. I love the cool weather and don't mind going potty in the rain, and I'm bell trained- so that's definitely a plus.  I will need a fenced in yard in my forever home, structured fencing, no underground fences please.  And though I love children, due to my size as an adult and my activity level- my forever home should have children 8 years of age or older. I am crate trained too, but I appreciate sleeping on a fancy fluffy bed inside my crate- and out.  Oh, and I love riding in the car, so please take me with you during all of your adventures.  And since I am a smarty pants (my foster mom's words- not mine), I'd love to participate in a training class too.

 

Even though we think that Wooly is a labradoodle, we do not guarantee his genetic background, nor do we think those with allergies to dogs will be appropriate.  Please know that large breed dogs like Wooly, require a lifelong commitment to grooming- which often costs $100-$200 every 8 weeks.  Please be sure this is something that you can afford, and are willing to provide- prior to applying.  Preference will be given to homes that have had a dog who required grooming in the past.

 

Wooly will be neutered, microchipped, and will be up to date on age appropriate vaccines and prevention at the time of adoption.
