Theo has two speeds, 100 miles per hour, and 0 miles per hour.  He lives life at full tilt- and is a wonderful cuddle buddy, but only when he requires a recharge.  Theo adores racing around his foster home playing with other dogs his size or larger, he would love to have another dog in his forever home to help him burn off some of his energy.  He is well behaved with kitties too, but due to his never ending energy, would likely do best with a dog savvy cat.  He is a smart fellow who had previous people that were too busy to care for him, or to train him to be a great companion- so his foster family is providing lots of exercise, training, and structure, to ensure his continued success.  He would do best with an active family, who will include him in all of life's adventures and continue his training.  Theo's breed listing is only a guess based on his physical attributes.  We do not suggest that families with allergies apply, since we have no idea if his coat will be an issue.  

A fenced in yard is a must for this fellow.  He requires structured fencing that is attached to the home and is appropriate to keep a small breed dog safe and secure, no invisible fencing please.  We do not consider dog parks to be fenced in yards.  All children in his forever home should be 8 years of age or older.  A forever home that will not be gone for long hours is preferred.  Theo has been neutered, micro-chipped, and is up to date on preventative medications and vaccinations.
