Skye is a gentle and happy girl and displays her happiness with her whole body!  She loves pets and snuggles and giving kisses. She is very smart and aims to please.  She enjoys play time and exploring on our daily walks but settles nicely once back inside.    She can be a bit shy when meeting new people, she does warms up quickly with pets and patience.  Skye would make an ideal family companion as she loves people of all age and sizes, she loves her canine siblings and is even appropriate with cats. 

Skye requires frequent professional grooming every 6-8 weeks.  If this is not something you are willing or able to provide, Skye is not the companion for your home.   She loves to run and do zoomies, so she requires a safe and secure fenced in yard that is attached to the home (physical fencing, not invisible).  She cannot be left unsupervised in the fencing; she is a climber.  Skye would be happiest with a home where her people are not gone for long periods of time and where she will get all the exercise, she needs to keep her happy and healthy.  She would do best in a home with at least one other pet already in the home.

Skye has been spayed, mirco-chipped and is update to date on vaccines and preventative medications.

We are seeking a home for Skye that has experience with dogs that require regular grooming.  Skye is a low shed girl but she is not hypoallergenic.
