Tootles came into foster care with his 5 siblings and momma when he was 3 weeks old. He is a really affectionate and sweet kitten. He loves laps and being petted. Tootles is active and loves to play with toys and his siblings. He lives in a foster home with a dog and gets along well with him. He will be up to date on all his shots and neutered by the end of August
