Harper is a friendly dog who gets along well with the people and other dogs in her foster home.  She needs a fenced yard (4ft or higher) where she can run and play and she needs a companion dog or dogs in her forever home.     Any children in the home should be 10 years old or older.  Click on the video image to see a short video to see Harper in action.
