Buddy is a great reminder that we should appreciate all of the "little things" in life.  His previous human was homeless, and he spent his youth living in a shed with 12 other dogs.  His foster family allowed him to decompress and get familiar with all of the things in life that he was unfamiliar with, now he is ready for his forever family to love him.  He is one of the most devoted dogs, he ADORES his people.  He enjoys a daily walk, but he is a huge fan of cuddling too. 

 

Buddy would love to have another dog in the home.  He gravitates to pushy and playful female dogs in his foster home, but he doesn't require a "buddy" of his own.  He has done well with kitties in his foster home, but a dog savvy cat would do best.  Since he has limited experience with young children, he is seeking a family with children who are at least 10 years of age.  He loves to run and explore while outside, so a fenced in yard is preferred (structured fencing, no underground fences please)- we think this will also help him acclimate easier and continue his good potty habits too.  He would do best in a home where his humans aren't gone for long hours.  He'd be the BEST coworker ever for someone who works from home.

 

Buddy has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccines and preventative medications.  He's just waiting for his forever family to find him.
