Casper was rescued from a local park where he and his buddy Charley slept in a drainage pipe and were fed by locals.  Currently living with Charley in a secured area but looking for his forever home.  Would be wonderful if both boys could stay together since they are very bonded.

Casper has had current shots & neutered.  Very sweet but very shy!  Loves to play with toys and jump on his buddy Charley. Casper isn't in the CARE foster system.
